Individual Session 30 Minutes
Finding the right amount of support is personal. Sometimes a 45-minute session can feel a bit too long for your current needs. A 30-minute therapy session can offer effective support at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable. These sessions allow for impactful work within a more approachable timeframe, and can be especially well-suited for teens who might find shorter sessions more engaging and manageable. It's a powerful way to engage in self-care, process feelings, and gain practical tools in a way that respects your schedule and capacity.

Adolescent & Teen Session
Being a teen can feel overwhelming. In adolescent therapy, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where young people can openly explore their thoughts and feelings. Together, we'll work on building practical skills for managing stress, improving relationships, and confidently navigating the complexities of growing up

Couples Counseling
